I frequently rent vehicles for business purposes and always use this branch. There are several branches within convenient distance from the office but I prefer the St Louis Park location due to the excellent customer service.

Reservations are quick and easy, they do their best to be flexible based on my need, and check in/out is a breeze.
Getting the car was super quick and easy. The guy (I forget his name) who was helping us was extremely accommodating and when the car we were supposed to have smelled like smoke he upgraded us to a really nice SUV. The only issue we had was when we returned the car after office hours.. It was never explained to me that I would be charged an extra day since there was no one in the office to check the car in at that time even though that was the agreed upon drop-off time on the contract. After a few calls they took that extra charge off which was great. I would strongly suggest that staff explain that policy to customers before they take the car. If I had known that was a policy I would have just returned the car an hour or two earlier when the office was open..
Charged me a $75 detailing fee for a car that wasn't clean when I picked it up. They took $200 deposit and didn't return the remaining $125 yet... probably because I'm a bit of an A-Hole when I feel wronged. Also you can't park your car in their lot like most other rental places.
Been renting from enterprise exclusively over the last 3 years for business trips and or vacations out of town .Always friendly fast efficient and a member of Enterprise Plus rewards program never have I encountered any problems as with other Cut Rate rental car places no hidden charges depending on right size either rent from Wayzata or the airport
I have never had a problem with any vehicle and staff are quick to address any questions or concerns. Chris, Ryan and his team greet me by name and are always friendly even in the busiest of times.
