" Customer Be Aware Of Maaco"
I really made a mistake when I took my car to Maaco St Louis Park MN. The customer service was very poor. Maaco will not give you any update or details about your car. I had to pay this company $ 1700 to replace my bumper. However, I was shocked to see their final work. They didn't install the bumper properly. The worker left a big gab and loose bumper. Maaco staff asked me to remove my car when the work is not even done. I had to take my car home before they do more damage. I don' t recommend anyone to deal with Maaco.
Wouldn't give me a quote over the phone as that he stated "They would be quoting people all day long", as if that's not their job... Horrible service.
I ended up at this Maaco by referral and am I glad I did. I had nasty dent on my door that has disappeared and I couldn't be more pleased. If the guys in the back room were girls I'd give them all a big kiss!! Nice going.
Have not had the work done yet, but Andy has been quick and easy to work with. Pricing is reasonable and he is agreeable to various approaches I was looking for (I have two cars needing work). I have one of the cars there now and feel confident. Will update when all the work is done.
I have have quite a few vehicles painted there. They normally do a great job, I am waiting on them to redo a project for me. If they do a good job, I will change the star rating up.
