I had the worst experience with this place. My son left his ipod in the back seat of my SUV and when we got back in the ipod was gone. I was told by the manager that he spoke to the employees who cleaned the car and checked their pockets, and viewed the surveillance video. However I was told the cameras were not clear to see everything and no doubt the employees know the procedure followed when items are reported missing and would not keep it in their pockets. It' s disgusting that an adult would steal from a child. The manager also informed me that there was nothing he could or would do as per company policy they are not responsible for items left in a vehicle. Of course they don' t tell you this until after you have already surrendered your vehicle to be cleaned. An employer is responsible for the actions of their employees for misconduct occurring in the course of business in my opinion. What I found most disturbing was that the manager didn' t even seem concerned about it, never even offered an apology for what happened to my sons ipod while my vehicle was in their possession. If you are going to use this place I would advise you leave NOTHING in your vehicle as apparently for this company any personal property is fair game for the taking.
OMG!....The unlimited Car Wash special is the best. Cleaning inside and out with a few splashes of your favorite scent to boot!! As many times as you want for a monthly low price. Especially beneficial during the winter months.

$18 was and still misses the rear bumper. If it was warm i would had done the wash myself, but a $18 is expensive thus must be really good, super disappointed.
Used to be good, now just they asre just lazy and overpriced. They used to spend the time to wash and dry your car with care, which made it worth the premium price over a gas station car wash. Yesterday I paid $18 for a Platinum Express wash (supposed to be the nicest exterior wash they offer) but the attendant didn't put anything on my dash or windshield which I thought was strange. How are they supposed to differentiate what level of wash I got. Well they didn't. It was the same as a cheap exterior wash at near twice the price and finished off with a half-a$$ed dry. I felt totally ripped off. Won't be going here anymore, will go to Paradise Car Wash moving forward. They totally favor their subscription (Unlimited) customers at Mister Car Wash which is such a low-life business model. Taking my business elsewhere.
