Successful everytime
Brought back a pair of jeans with all tags on that was two days outside of the return policy and they would not return them. That was the worst customer experience I have had in a long time. The manager basically told me to leave. The Nordstrom customer service at this store is terrible and pretty much doesn't exist, will not shop there again and will be sure to share my experience with others.
I like the selection of designers available at the Rack, and you'll never pay full retail price... BUT, in my opinion the prices are only reduced to a fair price. Not a huge savings, but not the overmarked retail either.
The deals are not that great, but there are the occasional good finds. Returns are a huge pain

I have returned items twice here, and I gotta say the return process was quick and easy. Knowing that I can return something here without hassle is one of the biggest reasons I return.
