The pool was nice and warm and relaxing.
So I traveled with a frequent visitor of Spring Hills Suites and all I heard were complaints and comparisons.
Had a pretty good stay. The water heats up quickly.
Breakfast is free which is awesome but the bagels were as hard as a hockey puck. And waffles only on the weekend.
It was clean but not sure it was worth the complaints by the frequent visitor I was with.
The King suite was small without a true seperartion of the living and sleeping area. There is only one television that you have to move to view in either the living or sleeping area. Other Spring Hills properties have a flat screen on the wall in the sleeping area and a tv on the tv stand in the living area. There is only one night stand and no dresser or dresser combo furniture.
All Spring Hills Suites are not created equal
Very friendly, clean, and welcoming. When we checked in I asked for third floor facing the highway(north bound) view but the view I got was facing the parking lot (south bound) I went back to the receptionist and they were able to switch my rooms for me. Breakfast was good, variety to choose from. It was a busy morning but they did great with replenishing food. A day later we noticed we forgot my brother's stuff animal at the suites. I called to see what they would to do belongs that are left at the suites, and if they were able to locate the stuff animal and the receptionist was very pleasant, she could hear my sense of distraught and concern. She said he hasn't seen anything but would like to take down my name and phone number and she will bring this to her managers attention. The very next day I got a phone call from a different lady (assuming its the manager) that they were able to find the stuff animal and she will hold onto it for me. She said that if a few days from now I'm unable to pick it up and its still at the suites she'll give me a call back for a reminder. The workers went above and beyond to make our stay one of the most memorable by far. There were many times that they could of just said sorry we don't have anymore rooms or no we havent seen anything and just left it like that ( like some places that i've been too) But instead we went above and beyond! Keep it up with your awesome customer service, we will defiantly come back again to stay!!
The wifi is spotty or none existent in the guest rooms even though it's free....really?
Check in was a breeze! There was a bit of a mix up but Gabe the manager fixed it right away and even upgraded our room for us. He was very helpful, nice and social! The room itself was quite nice and spacious! Overall great stay specially thanks to Gabe!
Old hotel that is the worst SpringHill I’ve ever stayed at. Front desk super nice and helpful, but the hotel seems like an old hotel that Marriott bought and half fixed up. How do you keep a brand name when it’s so inconsistent???
