Extra Space Storage is great! Rebecca is outstanding in her customer service skills! She went above and beyond on my initial visit to secure a unit and was very thorough and knowledgeable on the units and property. She was patient with my questions and I highly recommend this place for your storage needs and the temperature controlled units are clean as well! Thank you!
changing my review - they did not inform me that they do not reimburse when you end your membership - get all the details before joining. the guy i joined extra space is no longer there and he did not inform me of this. Good storage but lack of providing refund for their fault and raising storage cost is enough for me not go use this company again. Plenty of small storage companies nearby that charge 20 less and probably would prorate when you move out.
Fantastic experience! It was our first time renting a storage space, and Rob the manager made us feel like our unit was as safe as a safety deposit box. He answered all our questions and stayed late just for us, which he didn't have to do. Easy access to the building, and the building itself is very, very safe. The lot looks small from the outside, but you can pull an entire U-Haul or car right into the building for loading and unloading.
Facility is very well kept up and extremely clean. Feel very comfortable and secure storing my things here.
Rob and sidekick Rebecca do a great job running this facility. Both very helpful, giving clear instruction how to check in, security, and check out. The facility is nearly spotlessly clean, easily accessible and convenient. And did I tell you that I got a great deal on only one month use? That's the best part.
