Dr. Olivero has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Our cat Earl had two eye emergencies on weekends so we took him to another vet, but Dr. Olivero was always able to squeeze us in during the next week for his follow up, either sacrificing his lunch hour or coming in early in the morning to see us. He cares deeply about the pets and their owners too, helping us understand what had happened and form a plan to move forward with. Thank you so much Dr. Olivero and staff!

Dr . Oliveros and staff are very experienced, we are not veterinarians but my husband and I are physicians and we were impressed by everyone knowledge of the issue affecting my dog .

He didn’t shy away from performing surgery on my almost 18 year old dog and was a very successful procedure . I wish I had known about his practice years ago when other vets wouldn’t do the surgire because of age .

Traffic aside, it' no way to treat customers that waited months just to see you. JUST beware they have a VERY rigid customer service policy. Needless to say, we are taking our business down the road.

What a great experience. The entire staff is friendly, kind, and I can tell they care about our pets. Dr. Olivera and his team are exceptional. Jasper was in and out, I got great post-op care directions and they checked in the next day to see how she was. I would recommend anyone whose pet has eye problems contact this team.

I have had to bring my pug hear several times and I find the staff to be kind, friendly and the Doctor is excellent. He always recommends a common sense approach that put the pets well being and comfort first.

We had waited 3 months just to get an appt. here. My wife lined up babysitting for our child and made the trek in with the dog. Upon hitting two bad accidents, she did the right thing a made a courtesy call stating she would be a few minutes late. After being put on hold for 5 minutes (while the admin presumably was speaking with the Dr.), THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T SEE HER, for no other reason than the Dr. is unwilling to be flexible. So much for giving a courtesy call. She was even willing to wait as long as need be, but they literally told her to turn the car around and not even come in. There was no "we're sorry, but we can fit you in tomorrow" or "thanks for letting us know, you just may have to wait when you get here." Instead it was a rigid "NO" we can't see you. They actually had the nerve to say "we don't control the traffic."
